Internet Connectivity Issue - Resolved
Resolved
Due to a power failure on a network device, connectivity to the data centre was lost for 15 minutes but has been restored after the power unit was replaced.

It was originally thought to be human error but upon investigation it was found to be a power supply had failed and the redundant unit had not automatically failed over.

This has now been replaced
